28 Celsius is a small family run greeting card publisher, based in North Wales. We specialise in Welsh Language greeting cards and all our products are designed and made here in North Wales. Our cards feature the stylish contemporary photography of Jeremy Neave and the awesome illustration and typograhy of Francesca Tanner.  We design, print and finish all our cards in house, so we can offer a very flexible service to our customers. If you have any special wishes, please contact us, and we will try to meet your requirements wherever possible. All our designs are also available in English too.
